In May, we shared our first app landscape featuring communication and knowledge-sharing apps. In the second month of our CollabTech Frontiers series, our focus has been on sensemaking and deliberation in collaboration technology.

The biggest gap in governance: sensemaking
Last week, we hosted a panel discussion on the critical role of sensemaking in organizational governance. Our expert panelists—Dave Snowden, the creator of the Cynefin Framework and SenseMaker; Kaitlin Beegle, who leads Protocol Governance at the Filecoin Foundation; and Antoine Vergne, Co-Director at Missions Publiques—brought a wealth of knowledge and experience. They shared real-world examples, insights, and actionable strategies. It was a great opportunity to gain valuable perspectives and practical guidance on leveraging sensemaking for better organizational governance.
