CollabTech Frontiers: Identity & Reputation

This month's focus for CollabTech Frontiers is on Identity & Reputation!

Join us on a journey to explore this crucial aspect of collaboration technology.

Dive deeper with the following resources:

The biggest gap in governance: sensemaking

Last month, we hosted a discussion panel on the critical importance of sensemaking in organizational governance. Our expert panelists included Dave Snowden, the creator of the Cynefin Framework and SenseMaker; Kaitlin Beegle, leader of Protocol Governance at the Filecoin Foundation; and Antoine Vergne, Co-Director at Missions Publiques.

It was an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable perspectives, real-world examples, and actionable guidance from experienced individuals in the field.

You can now watch the recording of this event on our YouTube channel.

TogetherCrew

TogetherCrew’s X Space- β€œNo gatekeepers: Building decentralized systems for Web3”

The TogetherCrew team hosted an interesting discussion with Alexandre Perez, DAO Lead, Kleros. Here are some nuggets from the conversation:

  • Individuals' need for a long-term reputation + wisdom of crowds = a strong decentralized system
  • To manage a global community: Set the rules, undertake frequent communication and calls, have a dedicated core team, and finally listen a lot to the community
  • For personal growth: Take risks!! By not taking a risk, you are taking a risk

RnDAO Community Health - powered by TogetherCrew (June 2024)

We're back with our monthly community analysis, powered by TogetherCrew.

The "Members Overview" shows statistics from members, as you can see in the image below:

The "Member Interactions Graph" indicates interactions between different members (active ones) using three colors:

  • Yellow: members who receive more messages than they send
  • Green: members who send more messages than they receive
  • Purple: members who have a balance between received and sent messages, which is considered ideal
