Opus Collective (Services Unit)
RnDAO's Services Unit collaborators have chosen a name: we’re now called Opus Collective!
This week we’re holding a multi-day organization design workshop, called Driver Mapping. This is a workshop format from Sociocracy 3.0, for groups to co-create and organize themselves in response to a complex situation of significant scope and scale. A key outcome for us will be to organize a distribution of work, categorized in a number of domains, centered around the needs of stakeholders.
Prism
Bringing PRISM to life with SNET
After completing the first two stages of the SNET Grant and interviewing 11 AI entrepreneurs and researchers about their governance and fundraising beliefs, we are now moving to the production stage, during which we will adapt the PRISM framework into something actionable for the SNET community. Our aim is to have an actionable template that could be used in practice. The technical implementation is still undecided, and could go from a spreadsheet to something on-chain, depending on technical collaborators we have available to engage.
