Opus Collective
Opus Collective just completed a multi-day workshop called Driver Mapping, yielding significant outcomes:
- Distribution of Work: Tasks have been categorized across various domains, aligning with stakeholder needs.
- Organizational Structure: A customized structure has been established to integrate all tasks, with interlinking domains for managing dependencies effectively.
- Prioritized Backlogs: Initial governance and operations backlogs have been drafted for each identified subdomain, providing a roadmap for the next right actions.
Key Value of Driver Mapping? Rapidly designing the first iteration of your entire organization, and dividing up the work into distinct areas of focus!
This collaborative workshop establishes a remarkable sense of shared ownership over the emergent results. If this sounds attractive to you, your organization, or a new project, hit us up in the #org-design-services Discord channel to learn more.
Upcoming in Opus Arcade: Strategic Edge Experiment Design
