SimScore
SimScore is back!
The team is solving the problem of how to best aggregate many subjective written opinions to come to consensus in decision-making. In the DAO space, the most obvious applications are forums, white boards, messaging apps, surveys, and sheets. This will have multiple quality and efficiency effects.
SimScore API
Over the last few months, the team has developed the SimScore API which accepts ideas and opinions, author name and ID#, and returns a consensus priority list, a relationship graph, and a pairwise matrix.
- SimScore’s output clearly weighs and prioritizes each idea by assigning similarity scores. The report is transparent, repeatable, and auditable, ensuring that when used for facilitation or decision-making, there is no black box.
- The first API integration is with Google Sheets. The team has recently submitted the API for listing on the Google Marketplace, with instructions expected to be available within a few weeks.
- The team is concurrently working on proposals to DAOs and companies to integrate the SimScore API into their business applications. The current focus is on a Discourse plug-in and Harmonica.
